Gabi and I had our 6th Wedding Anniversary this month. To celebrate we went to the Blue Mountains and had a lovely weekend. On Saturday it was raining a bit but we managed to do a 3 hours bush walk in Blackheath and on Sunday it was really warm and sunny. We simply loved the weekend.
My niece Anna completed 4 years on the 1st of September. Tati and Matthias gave a party at their place for 11 kids. It was crazy (for the adults) and fun (for the kids). Anna had a blast. Here is the photo of the kids getting ready to sign happy birthday around the Barbie cake.
I love TED talks. And I love then so much that I am trying to get Gabi to join me at least once a week to watch one or a few TED talks. The other day I have stumbled upon this TED talk from Jane McGonigal about Gaming can make a better world. Her talk is from 2010 and it has a lot unique insights that shows to me that games and gamers should be taken more seriously by everyone.
After a long time trying to convincing myself that I should try to start using Mac, I have finally made the move. I got myself a Mac Mini. I really want to get the new Mac Book Pro Retina display, but I didn’t have a budget for that.
My main goal besides starting in the Mac world is to learn iOS development and I will report back in here about my progress.
My birthday celebration with family this month here in Sydney. Thanks Tati for taking the picture and for bringing the cake.
I have been taking some pictures with my phone and publishing it on my Instagram account. I have taken this photo below which is my favorite. I like it so much that I decided to order a personalized magnet for the fridge with this photo from Zazzle and I quite like the result (see photo below).
The other two magnets on our fridge we got last year during our trip to Europe when we visit the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam.
